摘要

PURPOSE: A torsion bar unit of a steering device is provided to increase frictional force since knurling is added to a torsion bar which has a diameter that is extended through a steel ball and to which an input shaft is connected.;CONSTITUTION: A torsion bar unit of a steering device comprises a pinion shaft(1) and an input shaft(2). The pinion shaft is connected to a gear box and is press-fit in an axial direction. The input shaft rotates by the operation of a steering wheel. A torsion bar(3) is press-fit to the input shaft in the axial direction. The torsion bar comprises a press-fit hole(5), which is formed on a deformation edge(4) forming an end part in the axial direction. The press-fit hole is formed to have a smaller diameter than that of the steel ball(7), which is press-fit to the press-fit hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
