BENDING APPARATUS OF A SPRING PROP INSTALLED IN THE LOWER PART OF A DOWEL BAR, CAPABLE OF REDUCING WORKING TIME BY ACCURATELY BENDING A BENDING PORTION OF A REINFORCING BAR AT A TIME

PURPOSE: A bending apparatus of a spring prop installed in the lower part of a dowel bar is provided to enhance working efficiency by bending a reinforcing bar because a horizontally moving roller is inserted into fixed rollers and bends the reinforcing bar while horizontally moving.;CONSTITUTION: A bending apparatus of a spring prop(30) installed in the lower part of a dowel bar comprises two fixed rollers(40,41), a horizontally moving roller(50), and bending rollers(60,61). The two fixed roller are mounted in the lower part of a spring of a dowel bar as a grid type and fixed at a bending gap for bending a reinforcing bar(31). The horizontally moving roller is installed in the upper central part of the fixed roller. The horizontally moving roller is inserted into between the fixed rollers as long as a bending length and horizontally moves without idling for bending the central part of the reinforcing bar in a U shape. The bending rollers bends the reinforcing bar at right angle by closely adhering both end parts of the reinforcing bar to the fixed rollers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
