PURPOSE: A structure and a method for preventing foreign materials from being generated on a joining unit of a fitting member and a fitting member having the same are provided to remarkably improve the quality and production of a final product, such as a substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A structure for preventing foreign materials from being generated on a joining unit of a fitting member comprises a teflon coating layer(236) and a tube(250). The teflon coating layer is spread on a part of a joining unit(234) of a fitting member(230). The tube is fitted to the teflon coating layer and is adhered to the outer surface of the teflon coating layer.
