PURPOSE: A producing method of a circular glutinous rice cracker, and the circular glutinous rice cracker produced therefrom are provided to economically produce the cracker by simplifying the producing process.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a circular glutinous rice cracker comprises the following steps: washing raw materials and drying; heating the raw materials for 5 minutes in the temperature over 300deg C; adding starch syrup and sugar to the raw materials; heating the mixture for 5 minutes; and inserting the mixture to a circular mold and molding.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
