PURPOSE: A notes combined use reading desk for completely adhering closely to the book support stand from a lower part of the book holder is provided to read the book in a state where the book support stand supporting the book to the lower part of the book holder is folded. CONSTITUTION: A notes combined use reading desk is combined to an unfolding piece(20) in the down both sides of a book holder(10). The both sides of the book support stand(30) is combined to the unfolding offset. A support stand which is combined between the unfolding offset lower is combined so that the support area be folded. An unfolding piece is penetrated in a respective center hinge screw into the formed projection type center hole. The upper hinge screw is penetrated into the projection type upper hole formed in the unfolding offset upper and the book support stand is screwed. The lower hinge screw is penetrated into the projection type lower hole formed in the unfolding offset.
