PURPOSE: A producing method of granular tea using edible rose petals is provided to offer the flavor, the taste, and the function of the edible rose petals to the granular tea.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of granular tea using edible rose petals comprises the following steps: selecting the pesticide-free edible rose petals, washing, and drying; crushing the dried rose petals to make rose petal powder; obtaining a rose extract by adding a solvent to the rose petal powder, and extracting; mixing the rose extract with glucose hydro crystalline; and granulating the mixture, and drying.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
