PURPOSE: An injector for inserting a lens into the eyeball is provided, which enables a surgical operator to easily operate an injector by selectively injecting a screw. CONSTITUTION: An injector for inserting a lens into the eyeball comprises: a main body(100) in which a space is formed; a cartridge(200) in which an outlet is formed in one side and a mounting unit having a handle is formed in the other side; a holder(300) in which a jaw is formed in one side end and a through-hole is formed thereinside; a screw guide(400) in which a penetration hole is formed in the center of the plane; a push bar(500) in which a rod is formed; a screw(600) in which a rotary shaft having a male screw thread is formed; and a cap(700) having an assembly hole.
