PURPOSE: A buffer member for recovering warheads in a shooting range is provided to reduce the installation and maintenance cost of a warhead recovering device using semi-permanently the buffer member.;CONSTITUTION: A buffer member(220) for recovering warheads in a shooting range comprises a warhead-speed reducing unit(222) and a discharge preventing unit(224). The warhead-speed reducing unit is formed from fillers. The filler reduces the speed of the warhead. The discharge preventing unit protects the outer surface of the warhead-speed reducing unit.
