EMBEDDED SOLID CONTROL VALVE, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING THE OPERABILITY AND RELIABILITY OF A CFB BOILER WITH IBHX BY USING AT LEAST ONE OF NON-MECHANICAL VALVE

PURPOSE: An embedded solid control valve is provided to improve the emission of solid materials to CFB(Circulating Fluidized Bed) from the lower part of BFB(Bubbling Fluidized Bed) by controlling the flow rate of fluidized medium.;CONSTITUTION: An embedded solid control valve comprises a CFB reaction chamber(1), BFB(4), IBHX(In-Bed Heat Exchanger, 3), and a non-mechanical valve(40). The BFB is located on the inner lower part of the reaction chamber. The BFB is defined by surface walls(2a,2b) and the bottom part of CFB reaction chamber. The IBHX occupies a part of bottom of the reaction chamber. The IBHX is enclosed with the surface walls of the BFB. The height of bottom of an opening of the non-mechanical valve is located on first and second flowing members, which are independently controlled, at the surface wall.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
