PURPOSE: A portable skin condition display device and method thereof are provided to display a necessary cosmetic technique by measuring the moisture of the body, oil, and ultraviolet ray through a camera.;CONSTITUTION: A skin condition measuring unit(300) forms a concave part so that a cover for the skin condition measure cover a skin condition measuring unit. A socket(50) of the skin condition measuring unit is inserted into a concave unit(310). A displays unit displays a text display text window.
