PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the moisture percentage and moisture content of feather for a short time.;SOLUTION: The feather stored in a weighing bottle is irradiated with microwave in the atmosphere where career gas flowing, and the feather is dried. The weighing bottle is held in a cooling box 36 in which the career gas flowing and which is cooled, and is cooled in the state where a part of a heat sink 60 is inserted into the feather dried.
