PURPOSE: A polymer resin for biochips is provided to ensure high sensitivity since the acid generated in exposure is reactive with a photodegradable protection group of a linker and to prevent contrast degradation by acid diffusion. ;CONSTITUTION: A polymer resin for biochips comprises (A) a first repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1, (B) a second repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2, and (C) a third repeating unit represented by chemical formula 3. In chemical formulas 1-3, R1, R3 and R6 are the same or different and represent hydrogen or linear or branched substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group; R2 is linear or branched substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group; R4 and R7 are the same or different and represent substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group; R5 is substituted or unsubstituted aromatic group; and R8 is a functional group capable of producing acids by being degraded by the light.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
