PURPOSE: A method and apparatus of generating user-customized contents based on situation and context information are provided to create user-customized contents in consideration of the static situation information, the dynamic situation information, and the whole context information. ;CONSTITUTION: A contents DB(190) stores contents units. A generation rule knowledge DB (110) mixes the contents units and stores the generation rules for creating the user-customized contents. A situation information analyzer(180) acquires and analyzes the static situation information on the identified characters of each user and the dynamic situation information on the current situation of the user.
