PURPOSE: A producing method of chrysanthemum tea is provided to obtain the clean and hygienic tea by spraying a processing solution to chrysanthemums for removing foreign materials. ;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chrysanthemum tea comprises the following steps: supplying chrysanthemums to a conveyor(11) formed with a mesh body, to transfer the chrysanthemums into a housing(12) of a par-boiling device(10); spraying a processing solution to the chrysanthemums transferred on the conveyor using plural nozzles(13), for removing foreign materials while par-boiling the chrysanthemums before drying; collecting the processing solution and flowing into a filter device(16); heating the filtered processing solution in a heating tank; and supplying the heated processing solution again after pumping with a pump.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
