PURPOSE: A producing method of chrysanthemum flower tea with excellent storage property is provided to secure the high palatability of the chrysanthemum flower tea.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of chrysanthemum flower tea comprises the following steps: boiling 100 parts of water by weight, and adding 0.2-1 part of salt into the water before boiling for 20-30 minutes; cooling the water before inserting sweet chrysanthemum flowers into the water at 80-90 deg. C, and removing the chrysanthemum flowers after 20-30 seconds; cooling the chrysanthemum flowers in cold water for 3-4 times; and naturally during the chrysanthemum flowers for 8-12 days while flipping the chrysanthemum flowers over 4-6 times a day.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
