PURPOSE: Lactic acid bacteria drink fermented with soymilk, and a producing method thereof are provided to secure the excellent palatability and the flavor of the drink.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of lactic acid bacteria drink fermented with soymilk comprises a step of injecting three lactic acid bacterium containing lactobacillus bulgaricus or lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus casei, and streptococcus thermophilus into the soymilk before fermenting the mixture. The lactic acid acidity of the fermented soymilk is 0.16~0.20wt%. The fermented soymilk additionally contains a sedimentation stabilizer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
