PURPOSE: A device for preventing arbitrary backward-movement of a bicycle and a motorcycle is provided to reduce fuel consumption and engine abrasion since a bicycle and a motorcycle can start on the hill.;CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing arbitrary backward-movement of a bicycle and a motorcycle is as follows. The rear tire is pushed back and a brake operation is naturally made. A lever string prevents backward movement on a hill. When the bicycle or the motorcycle moves forth, the brake operation is canceled.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
