PURPOSE: A writing tool with a stylus pen function is provided to expand the application range of the tool by being adapted to a resistive touch screen and a capacitive touch screen.;CONSTITUTION: A core material(120) is arranged in the body, and a core tip(122) is arranged at the front side of the core material. A front end cap(130) is combined with the front side of the body. The passing hole(132) of the core tip is formed at the end part of the front end cap. An operating unit elevates the core material in order to moves the core tip through the passing hole.
