PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND NEUTRACEUTICAL COMPOSIITON CONTAINING PINE NEEDLE FERMENTATION LIQUID FOR PREVENTING OR TREATING CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing pine needle fermentation liquid is provided to prevent or treat cardiovascular diseases.;CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains pine needle fermentation liquid with enhanced shikimic acid as an active ingredient. Shikimic acid is isolated from a butanol layer of the pine needle fermentation liquid. A method for manufacturing the pine needle fermentation liquid comprises: a step of washing pine needles in water 2-5 times and washing the pine needles in charcoal-soaked water 1-2 times; a step of dehydrating the pine needles and isolating at low temperauter for 2-4 hours to collect supernatant; and a step of shaking the extract at 120-150 rpm for 4 or more months. A neutraceutical food for preventing or treating cardiovascular disease contains the pine needle fermentation liquid as an active ingredient.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
