PURPOSE: A nanofluidic fluorescence apertureless near-field microscopy is provided to realize to detect a high SNR(Signal to Noise Raito) and high resolution fluorescence through combination of a nano antenna and a nanopore.;CONSTITUTION: A nano antenna(13a) concentrates a incoming light source to a narrow space. The nano antenna changes the quantum yield of fluorescent sample in the narrow space. The nano antenna concentrates fluorescent signal output to the narrow space in a particular direction. A nano pore(14) or a nano channel is connected to the narrow space of the nano antenna. The nano pore or the nano channel provides a moving path for introducing the fluorescent sample to the narrow space.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
