ORGANIC ELECTRO LUMINESCENCE DEVICE USING MICROCAVITY EFFECT

PURPOSE: An organic electro luminescent device is provided to improve luminous effect and a color rendering property by using a micro cavity effect by a complementary color relation between first and second organic light emitting layers. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(12) is formed on a substrate. The first electrode is made of light reflective materials. A second electrode(13) is formed on the first electrode and is made of semi-transparent materials. The second electrode and the first electrode implement a micro cavity effect. A first organic light emitting layer(14) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A second organic light emitting layer(15) includes a light emitting layer with a first color and includes a light emitting layer of a second color with the complementary color relation with the first color.
