PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating underwater sludge-deposit including heterogeneous sludge-absorbing parts is provided to continuously discharge sludge by cracking a hardened bottom surface and subsequently sweeping the bottom surface. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for eliminating underwater sludge-deposit includes absorbing parts, a pumping part, and a drain water processing part in order to inhale and eliminate stacked sludge on the bottom surface of river or lake. A plurality of protruding bars is installed to a wheel body. Different kinds of sludge absorbing parts are installed on the front and the rear sides of the wheel body. A horizontal bar type brush(12) is attached to one kind of absorbing part. A vertical bar type brush is attached to the other kind of the absorbing part.
