SEALING METHOD FOR PIPE CONNECTING PARTS OF RF SYSTEM USING SHAPE-MEMORY ALLOY RING

PURPOSE: A method for sealing a pipe joint part of a high frequency apparatus is provided to block the leakage of the high frequency using a shape memory alloy ring. CONSTITUTION: A fastening ring(300) is transformed at a temperature lower than an austenite start temperature. The fastening ring is inserted into a groove(112,212) of a basic attached pipe(100) or coupling bodies(210). Both bonding surfaces(111,211,111) of the fastening groove is closely adhered. High frequency is applied by the operation of a high frequency device which is connected to the basic attached pipe. Therefore, the high frequency sealing of a pipe joint portion is performed.
