PURPOSE: A method for coating the dye of a metal oxide layer, a dye-sensitized solar cell using the same, and a method for manufacturing the solar cell are provided to reduce time required for manufacturing processes using a saturated dye solution. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive substrate(202) is prepared. A dye-absorbent metal oxide layer(204b) is formed on the transparent conductive substrate. Dye is coated on the dye-absorbent metal oxide layer using a saturated dye solution. An oxide semiconductor electrode includes the dye-absorbent metal oxide layer. A counter electrode corresponds to the oxide semiconductor electrode and includes a transparent conductive film and a platinum layer. Oxidation-reduction electrolyte is filled in a space between the oxide semiconductor electrode and the counter electrode.
