PURPOSE: A panel-shaped core member having a honeycomb structure and a partition member using the same are provided to obtain the honeycomb structure of a polypropylene material which has water resistance and a light weight while preventing the honeycomb structure from being deformed due to external force. CONSTITUTION: A panel-shaped core member having a honeycomb structure comprises: a plurality of concave part(5) which have a honeycomb structure and are included on the upper side of the core member; a plurality of protrusions(6) which are included on the lower side of the core member; the other concave part which has six hexagonal cross sections and are arranged on each side(5a) of one concave part having the hexagonal cross section in a part except for the edge of the core member; and a non-elastic sheet(20) is attached to the upper side and the lower side of the core member.
