Manufacturing method of inorganic binder mixed with incineration fly ash and floor ash

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an inorganic binder using fly ash and bottom ash is provided to use the fly ash as a resource using an alkali solution washing process, and to stabilize heavy metals inside the fly ash. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an inorganic binder using fly ash and bottom ash comprises the following steps: vibrate-molding a slurry mixture including 100 parts of dry mortar powder by weight containing 10~70wt% incineration ash of city waste and 30~90wt% of blast furnace slag, and 50~100 parts of sodium silicate; and curing the mixture in 25~80deg C. The incineration ash of the city waste includes 10~30wt% of fly ash pre-processed with an alkaline solution, and 70~90wt% of bottom ash.
