The utility model relates to a structure for solar cells can be used in photo-energy, preferably in solar cells at high density radiation transformation. The purpose of the proposed utility model is to increase the efficiency of the solar cell at a high radiation density transformation. This object is achieved by increasing the adhesive strength of electric silver front contact silicon solar cell and reduce the transitional resistance. The proposed device nanoelements contact with metal nanolayer on the front silver electrical contact silicon solar cell is characterized in that the pores are filled with an electrical contact of the silver metal nanoparticles (Cu), whereby on its surface a dense metal layer built up to 5 microns thick. The technical result obtained by the use of a utility model - compaction front electrical contact of a solar cell by depositing a metal, in particular copper (Cu) with good electrical conductivity to its increased electrical resistance was compensated or improved. Application of this utility model allows to: - provide decrease of electric resistance of electric silver front contact silicon solar cells through the creation of its new structure consisting of microporous silver strip, which surface layer of the metal deposited, and copper nanoparticles embedded in its micropores; - to reduce the width of the contact strip of the silicon solar cell by more than 50% from 120 microns to 50 microns without increasing its electrical resistance; - increase the strength of the adhesive contact silicon solar cell.
