METHOD OF MAMMAROCORONARY SHUNTING OF RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY IN PATIENTS WITH ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardio-vascular surgery. For this purpose application of anastomosis between right endothoracic artery and right coronary artery is performed. Pleural cavity is opened in two places: near orifice of right endothoracic artery along 5-6 cm and opposite to place of right coronary artery shunting along 5-6 cm. After that right endothoracic artery is exposed and passed through right pleural cavity under apex of right lung to right coronary artery. Application of mammarocoronary anastomosis is performed.;EFFECT: method allows to direct right endothoracic artery by the shortest way to place of shunting and achieve more distal parts of right coronary artery, extending possibility to use right endothoracic artery for shunting of right coronary artery, and selection of optimal surgical approach during revascularising heart surgery.;1 ex, 4 dwg
