FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to urology and can be used for treatment of epispadia in males. Method includes formation of urethral tube, tabularisation of urethra, joining corpora cavernosa with further skin plasty. Urethral tube is formed from urethral tract, which passes on anterior surface of penis on urethral catheter and on section under pubic bones. Proximal part of formed urethra is crimped by the second line of sutures with further joining of corpora cavernosa by interrupted sutures.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to eliminate urinary incontinence.;1 ex, 2 dwg
