There are (10) and procedures provided a gas turbine power augmentation system. The system (10) contains a cooler (20), a control device (50), a heat exchanger (30), and a gas turbine intake air flow (18). The cooler (20) is operated to cool a coolant flow (25) with energy from a heat source (29). The control device (50) is operatively connected to the radiator (20) and arranged to regulate the operation of the cooler (20) with respect to at least one environmental condition. The heat exchanger (30) with the radiator (20) in flow communication and is configured to allow the coolant flow (25) through the heat exchanger (30) to pass through. The gas turbine inlet air flow (18) can be passed through the heat exchanger (30) before it enters into a gas turbine inlet (16), whereby the air flow (18) is made possible, with the cooling medium flow (25) interact, whereby the air flow (18) is cooled ,
