Telescopic shock damper comprises a cylinder (3) and a sliding piston (2) inside the cylinder. The cylinder comprises a charging valve (7) for forcing a gas into a compression chamber (20) delimited by the cylinder and the piston for pre-charging the shock damper to a preset rest pressure. The cylinder comprises a plug (4) for closing the compression chamber with a valve seat (5) for communication with the compression chamber. The charging valve comprises a body with a threaded part (7c) and a conical end (7d) for producing a seal with valve seat. Independent claims are also included for: a recharging pump for the shock damper comprises a small tube with an end couplable to a valve of a respective shock damper, for pre-charging the shock damper to a preset pressure;a system of shock dampers for a radio-controlled model, particularly a model car, comprises several shock dampers and a pressurized gas tank connected to the dampers and mounted on the model; and#a radio-controlled model with an electric motor or combustion engine comprises at least a shock damper or a system of shock dampers.
