The transmission has a first drive shaft (1) connected with a second drive shaft (3) via a clutch (K1), and with a third drive shaft (4) i.e. hollow shaft, via another clutch (K2). Eight shifting elements (A1, B, C, D1, E1, F1, G, H) enable realization of ten forward gears. Additional shifting elements enable realization of reverse gears. The second drive shaft is connected with an output shaft (2) via one of the shifting elements (B). An intermediate shaft (11) is connected with the first and the second drive shafts and the output shaft via certain shifting elements (A1, C, D1, E1, F1, G).
