The connector has a clamping pair including a power connection part (1) i.e. flat bar, and a heating element (2), which are electrically connected with one another by a clamping connection. Materials and/or thicknesses of the clamping pair and the clamping connection elements are selected relatively to each other such that resulting thermal expansions of the clamping pair and the clamping connection elements lie in a same order of magnitude or scale. An additional stretch element is provided to the clamping pair.
