The device has a lid locking a part of a through-hole (14) and comprising two opposite resting elements. The resting elements are engaged in a position of the lid behind an opening edge of the through-hole, so that the lid is removed from a cover (10) after displacing the resting elements. The lid inserted into the through-hole is displaced in longitudinal direction. The cover comprises guide elements that displace the resting elements when displacing the lid from a present position into another position in the longitudinal direction, so that the lid is removed from the cover.
