The sprue has a sprue channel formed in one of lower molding halves and upper molding halves (14). A buffer chamber (33) has a closure slider (32) and ends in a kernel sprue channel (34). Mold core halves (39, 39') enable deformation of the mold core halves from a finished product. A collar (37) of a clamping screw (26) or fitted screw is guided via a stopper (38). A wall of the sprue channel is made of polyurethane-non adhering material such as polypropylene and Teflon(RTM: PTFE). A Ventilation unit (28) impacts molding tools (10) for duration of filling with vacuum.
