The pulley (1) has a freewheel (8) combined with an electromagnetic actuatable clutch and bridged by the electromagnetic actuatable clutch. An annular space is provided for retaining a fixed coil and limited by a carrier. The carrier is torque-proofly connected with a crankshaft (4) and comprises a u-shaped cross-section with a base for limiting extension of two legs in an axial direction. A damper mass (14) is attached at one of the legs in the u-shaped cross-section of the carrier. A clutch connector is torque-proofly with a pulley track (2).
