PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain for eliminating the possibility of mixing different pins therein in error by making pins identifiable which have almost the same contour in view but are not identifiable in actual check.;SOLUTION: First pins are two types of pins 14, 24 shaped different in rolling contact face. A recessed portion 14a and a linear portion 24a are formed between the edge on the chain outer diameter side of one first pin 14 and a rolling contact face and between the edge on the chain outer diameter side of the other first pin 24 and the rolling contact face, respectively.
