The device (100') has an inversion element (110') provided with conductive locking collets (105). An insulating support (150) is movable in rotation around an axis with respect to the collets, and is locked between the collets. The support is provided with conductive pads enclosed by the collets. A bistable actuating unit (130) e.g. motor, actuates the support, and is arranged such that the support take a position in which conductor circuits connect a set of terminals (106-1, 108-1) with another set of terminals (106-2, 108-2) by the conductive pads.
