The device has an inversion assembly (210) provided with two bridges of two conductive locking collets (205), and an insulating support locked between the locking collets. A drive unit i.e. insulating bar, rotates the two bridges around an axis (AA) of the assembly. The locking collets are locked around the support. Conductive pads are placed on the support so as to be enclosed by the locking collets. A bistable actuating unit actuates the drive unit. The assembly is arranged such that the bridges take a position in which two bridge parts (215-1) connect respective conductive pad parts.
