The syringe (1) has a pin pusher (6) sliding in a hollow body (11) through a rear end (16) of the body that is open so as to act on a piston (262) of a refill bottle (26). A deactivable unit i.e. retractable, frangible or removable tab (36) such as clamp, is provided for limiting movement of the pin pusher and/or the refill bottle in an active state to axially retain the pin pusher and/or the refill bottle against perforation of a septum (261) of a vial (260) of the refill bottle through a point (15a) of a twin needle.
