PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watch movement including an actuation equation-of-time device, which has resistance against a display deviation due to an impact, corrects equation of time in a clockwise direction and a counterclockwise direction with the use of the same mechanism, and has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A watch movement includes: an actuation equation-of-time device having a pipe (113) prepared to accept a minute hand for solar time which is co-axially mounted with a minute hand and hour hand for common use; an equation-of-time cam (101) to be rotatably driven by the movement at a speed for rotation once a year; and a correction mechanism prepared to periodically adjust the angular displacement of the minute hand for solar time with respect to the minute hand for common use as a function of an angular position of the equation-of-time cam.
