PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converting magnetic field energy of a stationary permanent magnet to electric energy.;SOLUTION: The prime number field theory is applied to magnetic fields generated when the same magnetic poles of a plurality of permanent magnets are brought into contact with/brought closer to one another, that is to say, prime-number magnetic fields. Thus, the prime-number magnetic field generated by bringing the north poles of the vertically magnetized permanent magnets into contact with each other and the prime-number magnetic field generated by bringing the south poles of the horizontally magnetized permanent magnets into contact with each other are disposed in the state of facing each other. A coil is disposed within the fields so that a voltage can be induced to both ends of the coil to bring about effective electric energy.
