PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber-reinforcing polyester slit yarn excellent in adhesion to rubber, flexural fatigue resistance and durability and suitably used as a rubber-reinforcing material for a tire, a belt, a hose and the like, and a method for manufacturing the same.;SOLUTION: Rubber-reinforcing polyester slit yarn of the invention is slit yarn made of polyester and comprising at least two layers adhered to a surface of the slit yarn. A first layer from the surface is made of a primer including polyvinyl chloride latex and a crosslinking agent, and a second layer is made of a resorcinol formaldehyde latex adhesive including polyvinyl chloride latex.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
