PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous method for recovering phosphorus and protein from a rice by-product, which can improve the recovery rate of protein to be recovered from the rice by-product.;SOLUTION: The continuous method for recovering phosphorus and protein from the rice by-product comprises: a phosphorus separation step of making the rice by-product containing protein and phosphorus in an acidic condition to dissolve phosphorus, thereby solid-liquid separating the rice by-product into a supernatant containing phosphate ions and a precipitate containing protein; a phosphorus recovery step of making the solution containing phosphate ions in a basic condition to generate a phosphate, thereby separating the solution into the phosphate and a supernatant to recover the phosphate; a protein separation step of mixing the precipitate containing protein with the supernatant separated from the phosphate and dissolving and solid-liquid separating protein in a basic condition; and a protein recovery step of making the separated supernatant in an acidic condition to recover protein which is made insoluble.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
