PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid for instant cup food which allows a residue (solid matter) such as noodle, ingredients or other food materials left in a container after eating to be separated from a soup (liquid matter) and easily disposed with consideration for environmental problems, a lidded container provided with the same, and an instant cup food.;SOLUTION: The lid 20 or instant cup food incudes a filtering portion 40 for separating the solid matter left after eating from the liquid matter.
