PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact light source device capable of concentrating light where a radiation angle is controlled, at high efficiency; and to provide a pseudo-sunlight irradiation device having the light source device.SOLUTION: The light source device 10 includes: a light source 11; an elliptical reflector 14 for condensing light from the light source 11; a front reflector 16 which is arranged at a location opposite to the elliptical reflector 14, has its cross section in an arc with a position of the light source approximately set as a center and has an opening 21 for emitting light; and a circle reflector 13 arranged at the position opposite to the front reflector 16 and reflecting light advancing to a reverse direction against a light-emitting direction. Further, a light guide body 30 having a light-incident surface with an equal size as the opening 21 is arranged by making the light-incident surface approach to the opening 21. A diameter of the light-incident surface of the light guide body 30 is arranged so as to coincide with a linear segment for connecting an intersection between an elliptical short axis 18 of the elliptical reflector 14 and the elliptical surface with a second focal point 20 of the elliptical reflector 14.
