PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact nitrogen substitution type deoxygenation device while efficiently and stably providing deoxygenated water.;SOLUTION: The nitrogen substitution type deoxygenation device for reducing dissolved oxygen in water by substituting dissolved oxygen in water with nitrogen includes at least: a nitrogen gas injecting part for injecting nitrogen gas to water to be treated; and a bellows type water passage pipe for allowing the water to be treated with the nitrogen gas injected thereto to pass therethrough.
