1.1This procedure describes the operation of a secondary standard calibration system which is used to calibrate decade-type capacitance units of like values by the direct substitution method using the Schering Bridge.n1.2The instrument under calibration will be referred to herein as the Test Instrument.n1.3The system instrumentation accuracy is given in Section 3. The overall accuracy achieved during instrument calibration, however, must take into consideration the operator errors in manipulation and readout as well as the inherent system accuracy.
