PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard crime prevention system, method and program for suppressing the occurrence of a crime in a vehicle without any special image analysis.;SOLUTION: The onboard crime prevention system 20 includes: an internal factor characteristic collection means 21 for collecting visual characteristics that a person who is riding in a vehicle seems to contribute to a crime which threatens to occur inside a vehicle as internal factors which seem to affect the crime of a criminal; an external factor characteristic collection means 22 for collecting external factors which seem to affect the crime of the criminal inside the vehicle; a risk calculation means 23 for calculating a risk that a crime may occur inside the vehicle from factors collected by those means 21 and 22; a vehicle internal information collection means 24 for collecting vehicle internal information showing the secular change of the inside of the vehicle with the density of information corresponding to the calculated risk; and an information existence announcement means 25 for announcing the existence of vehicle internal information collected by the vehicle internal information collection means 24 to the person who is actually riding in the vehicle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
