PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for draining and scraping off unwashed food residue on a wooden chopping block with linear blades attached to a grip while polishing and grinding the chopping block at the same time to obtain the surface flatness of the chopping block and grinding the surface of wood without being limited to the wooden chopping block.;SOLUTION: The grip is held with one or both hands to apply the blade inclining to the surface of the wooden chopping block to attain draining and scraping-off of the unwashed food residue with two linear acute-angled cutting edges while maintaining and reclaiming the surface condition of the wooden chopping block (grinding, polishing and flattening of the surface) and grinding the surface of wood at the same time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
